Application
The thickening agent and solution stabillizer for food products with low PH such as mayonnaise and salad dressings, and for food products exposed to high heat and mechanic tension such as ketchup and sterilized food.
The concentration usually ranges from 1 to 4%.
Description
The dry fine powder with white to slightly yellowish colour, flat aftertaste and has characteristic raw material smell, swells in cold water and creates a white paste with very good plasticity and medium viscosity, which does not change even by exposure to high heat temperature. At the temperature close to boiling point or boiling to mush during increased compression is the plasticity slightly destroyed and creates elastic fluid. At the fall of temperature creates th paste again.
AMYLEST AP is low-PH unsensitive.

AMYLEST AB
Application
The tickening agent and waterbinding stabilizer used in small quantities for food mixtures with PH higher than 4.5.
Largely used in canned-food, frozen-food and milk industry – in products such as mayonaisse, salad dressings, and tart creams.
Description
The dry fine powder with white colour, without smell and taste, swells in cold water and creates pseudoplastic paste with clear or slightly opalescentic colour. The paste is medium mechanic and heat resistant with excellent moisturizing abilities. The lower PH than 4 decreases product viscosity.

AMYLÍN M 30
Application
The tickening and waterbinding agent used to prevent the fine-powder mass setting (sugar, laundry detergent etc.).
Description
The fine dry powder, with white colour, pleasant taste and smell with addition of 30% sucrose, swells and disolve intensively in cold water and has extremely high binding capacity.
After disolving creates AMYLÍN M 30 a clear elastic solution sensitive to acidic medium, by PH higher than 4.5 the viscosity intensively drops.

AMYLÍN MK 20
Application
The waterbinding and thickenining agent and anticaking ingredient used in food industry
Description
The dry termally modified starch with pleasant smell and sweetish taste, with addition of 20% sucrose, cold soluble.

PH in 1% solution – 5.5 – 7.5
AMYLÍN MP 30
Application
The tickening and waterbinding agent with sweetish taste used in doughts, cream mixtures, mayonnaise and salad dressings.
Description
The fine dry powder with white to yellowish colour, slightly sweetish taste and pleasant smell, with addition of 30% sucrose, expand fast in cold water.
The solution creates plastic and mechanically resistant paste, unsensitive to PH value. At the boiling point creates the dull paste an opalescent solution which by cooling firms a slightly geled substance.

COLD WATER SWELLING POTATO STARCH
Application
The tickening agent used in food mixtures, where the water needs to be bind very intensively (mixtures with PH higher than 4.5 otherwise loses viscosity.
Description
The fine dry powder swells quickly in cold water and creates thick and clear elastic solutions with lightly opalescent colour.

COLD WATER SWELLING CORN STARCH
Application
The tickening agent used in food mixtures, where the water needs to be bind very intensively. Extend the product expiry and is largely used in mayonnaise, creams and doughts.
The cold water swelling corn starch is mostly used in 2-5% concentration.

The fine dry powder with white to slightly yellowish colour swells in cold water and creates smooth paste wilth light sediment by the concentraiton up to 5%, otherwise is nonsettling. At the higher temperature merges into an elastic opalescent solution.

COLD WATER SWELLING WHEAT STARCH
Application
The tickening agent used in food mixtures, where the water needs to be bind regularly and dispersively stabilized.
The cold water swelling wheat starch is mostly used in 1 – 5% concentration.
Description
The fine dry powder with white to slightly yellowish colour swells in cold water and creates smooth paste with light sediment by the concentration up to 5%. At the higher temperature merges into an elastic opalescent solution which by cooling forms a geled substance.

INSTANT CORN FLOUR
The instant corn flour is used in confectionary produce as a tickening agent and stabilizer, supports the tart creams and doughts plasticity, regulates the thickness of marmelades and jams.
The instant corn flour is also largely used in bakery, especially in poppy seed, cottage cheese, marmelade fillings etc. and is suitable for all kinds of dought in range of 2%.
The instant corn starch is used in meat industry as a neutral carrier in salt, aromas and spice mixtures etc. and is proper ingredient especially for choped and ground products such as pasty, sausages and some kinds of salami.
NEUTRAL THICKENING SUBSTANCE
The neutral thickening substance is used as a thickening agent for foodstuff inclusive food without flameproof finish (e.g. the semi-product for instant potato puree), and is also used as a binding agent in talbets.
