Our activities are based on the food waste hierarchy. This six-level pyramid describes the processes related to food waste – from its disposal to direct prevention. Similar to the general waste management hierarchy, the aim of the food waste hierarchy is to demonstrate how food waste can be minimized and ultimately prevented altogether.

In addition to activities related to the processing and upcycling of co-products, we also operate a family farm and a private fishing area.
