Bagging and Preservation
All our modern truck units are equipped with the NTB (New-Truck-Bagger) system. This bagging system makes it possible to store industrial co-products with a dry matter content of 20–50% into silage bags directly at the customer’s designated site. The material is not reloaded in any way and is delivered to the customer in a sterile condition, straight from production, often literally still warm.
Research conducted by Mráz Agro in cooperation with leading Czech preservation experts has proven that material stored this way retains its properties unchanged for up to 12 months, demonstrated on fresh brewer’s grains.
