Wet Distillers Grains WDG is a moist feed produced as a co-product of bioethanol production from maize grain. It contains a high proportion of digestible protein, fibre, fats and residual sugars, making it a valuable source of energy and nutrients for livestock, especially fattening cattle, dairy cows and pigs. Thanks to its natural origin and attractive taste, it has a positive effect on feed intake and contributes to improved performance as well as better feeding economics.
Wet Distillers Grains supports the development of intestinal microflora and enhances the utilisation of other components in the ration. WDG contains 33–36% dry matter and around 35% crude protein. Mráz Agro provides supplies including on-farm bagging and preservation.
