Thanks to gentle processing in state-of-the-art roller dryers, they are easily cold-soluble, bind quickly with water, and provide excellent stability, density, and texture in the final product. They accelerate production, improve the quality of finished goods, and help minimize waste.

Maltodextrin PG

Mráz Agro potato based maltodextrin is a highly versatile functional ingredient, cold-soluble and produced from native potato starch.
