Laboratory Drying
Before your dried, instant product can be produced on a large scale, it is essential to set the right drying parameters, test the dried product, and discuss together all the possibilities our technology offers. For this reason, prior to any large-scale drying, we always carry out a drying trial on a small laboratory dryer, which almost identically replicates the large-capacity dryers.
Our company operates the largest drum-drying center in the Czech Republic and is equipped with three laboratory dryers, covering all variants that can be implemented on the large industrial dryers.
How does the trial work?
- Contact us, provide details about your material, we will select the most suitable dryer and arrange a date.
- A drying trial can already be carried out with as little as 20–30 liters of liquid/viscous material.
- You will be present during the trial, and the resulting dried material can be taken with you the same day for your own testing.
- If the results are positive, a large-scale test (minimum 1500 kg of liquid material) can follow on the industrial dryer, which provides the basis for calculating drying performance and energy demand.
