Mráz Agro Hungary has been the exclusive partner of Borsodi Brewery in the processing of brewer’s spent yeast since February 1st. Our goal? To elevate brewer’s spent yeast handling and give these co-products a new and meaningful use in both the food and feed industries.
After a demanding process on both sides, we succeeded in implementing a new solution for brewer’s spent yeast processing at Borsodi Brewery in Hungary.

Since 1973, Borsodi Brewery has been based in the village of Bőcs in northeastern Hungary and ranks among the most important players on the local beer market. It is best known for its flagship brand, Borsodi Sör, a pale lager that is among the most popular beers in Hungary, as well as for its broad portfolio of other products, including the stronger Borsodi Bivaly, non-alcoholic variants, and fruit and specialty beers.
