Optimization of Production Processes for Thermally Modified Starches and Maltodextrins

Information on the implementation of a project co-financed under the Rural Development Programme 2014–2020

Mráz Agro CZ, s.r.o. hereby informs that it is implementing a project at its production plant in Batelov, co-financed by the European Union through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, within the framework of the Rural Development Programme for the period 2014–2020.

Brief description and main objectives of the project:

The project entitled “Optimization of Production Processes for Thermally Modified Starches and Maltodextrins” is being implemented by Mráz Agro CZ, s.r.o. in cooperation with the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague. The aim of the project is, through innovation and optimization of production processes, to ensure safe production of modified food starches and maltodextrins with reduced risk of contamination of final products. This goal will be achieved not only by optimizing the production process, but also by innovating packaging and methods for assessing the quality and safety of final products.
