Drying Technology – The Heart of Production
Across our two facilities, we operate several contact drum dryers manufactured by Andritz-Gouda.
We have both double-drum and single-drum dryers, available in versions with and without applicators (coating rollers). Our dryers feature either chrome-plated or cast-iron drum surfaces, with steam serving as the main heating medium. In addition to large industrial dryers, we also operate several laboratory dryers, primarily intended for capacity and taste trials.
Raw Material Preparation Technology
We are able to receive raw materials for drying either through large tankers or 1000 L IBC containers. Our facilities are equipped with double-jacketed tanks, which means we can further process the material before drying — both physically and chemically. This includes adding other ingredients, heating, cooling, or even mild concentration. The entire process is carried out under strict control.
Product Milling and Packaging Technology
The dried material is transported to a screening mill. Thanks to a wide range of interchangeable sieves, the final product can be delivered in the form preferred by the customer — whether fine powder with particle sizes of 0.3–0.6 mm or flakes, for example, up to 4 mm.
The finished product is packaged into cartons with PE liners, bags, or big bags.
All material is stored in a temperature-controlled warehouse, and the entire operation complies with the latest food industry standards, certified under FSSC 22000.
